Three stages.
Nine steps. One living journey.

The nine steps · teaching notes

1. True Identity

Start with your intentions, strengths and what matters to you. A clear sense of self gives your choices a foundation.

Identity gives you a starting point for finding your tribe.

2. True Tribe

Recognize the people and communities you belong with. Shared values give connection a direction.

Your relationships help you see where your service is needed.

3. True Service

Connect what you can offer with a real need. Give your contribution a clear purpose.

A service intention becomes something to explore together in events.

4. Events

Bring people, questions and intentions into a shared moment. Conversations and gatherings supply material to work with.

Events feed ideas and experiences into processing.

5. Processing

Work through what happened. Shape ideas into stories, decisions and work that can be reviewed.

Processing prepares an output for an intended audience.

6. Outputs

Choose the useful result and who it is for. Channels carry reviewed outputs; eligible shared destinations can use Infinity Links™ for tracking and attribution.

Useful outputs give people and partners something concrete to build on.

Working label; final name remains open.

7. People & Partners

Bring the right people and partners around useful work. Let shared purpose guide the collaboration.

People and partners support projects and products.

8. Projects & Products

Develop the collaboration into a project or product with a clear purpose and a useful result.

Projects and products give promises and promos something real to stand behind.

9. Promises & Promos

Say what the work promises and help the right audience discover it. Keep the message connected to what can actually be delivered.

Listen to what comes back. Bring that learning into your alignment and repeat.
