This notice explains the cookies and similar tools used on freshhouse.tv, on our sign-up pages (such as join.freshhouse.tv) and in Quan (quan.is). The sites are run by The Fresh House LLC ("Fresh House," "we," "us"). It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
The short version
- We use a small first-party cookie to remember the referral link you arrived through, so the right person is credited if you buy.
- Our sign-up page uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use the page (a "session replay").
- Cloudflare helps block bots and measures page performance. Our form and payment tools (HighLevel and payment processors) set their own cookies.
- Signing in to Fresh House or Quan uses a sign-in session cookie so you stay signed in.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Some things, like sign-in and checkout, may stop working.
- We do not currently show a cookie banner. This page is how we tell you what is happening.
1. What cookies and similar tools are
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. It lets the site remember something, such as that you are signed in or which link you came from. Some cookies are set by us (first-party). Others are set by tools we use (third-party).
"Similar tools" include scripts that run in your browser, pixels, and local storage. They can do the same jobs as cookies, so we cover them here too.
2. What we use
The table lists what we have confirmed on our pages. Names and lifetimes are the ones we can verify; where we cannot, we say "varies." Third-party tools can change what they set at any time.

What we do not use. Based on a scan of our sign-up page on October 31, 2026, we do not currently set advertising cookies there. We did not find Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, a Meta (Facebook) pixel or PostHog. If that changes, we will update this page.
3. How we use this information
We use it to keep you signed in, to credit referrals correctly, to protect our forms from bots, to process orders, and to understand and improve our pages. For more on what we collect and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Session replay, explained plainly
Session replay is like a screen recording made from page events. Clarity records things like where you move your mouse, what you click and scroll, and how a page looked as you used it. We watch these replays to find confusing spots and fix them.
Clarity has settings that hide ("mask") sensitive text. We cannot promise that every field is hidden. Please do not type information into a page that you would not want recorded, such as notes in a free-text box. Payment details are handled by our payment processors' tools, but we do not claim that no part of the payment page is ever captured.

5. How to control cookies and tracking
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear stored site data. The steps differ by browser, so check its help pages.
- Block specific tools. You can use a browser extension or privacy setting to block scripts such as Clarity.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. These are signals your browser can send to say you do not want to be tracked. Our own site code does not currently read these signals, so please also use the controls above. Some of the tools listed may respect them under their own rules.
- What happens if you block cookies. The site will still load. Sign-in, checkout, forms and referral credit may not work.
6. Asking us to delete your data
You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, including data linked to your account or referral. Email us at support@freshhouse.tv from the address on your account, or use the details on our Contact page. We will confirm what we can delete and what we must keep by law. For data held by third parties such as Microsoft, Cloudflare or HighLevel, we will pass your request along where we can and tell you who else to contact.
7. Changes to this notice
