The short version

We do not promise that you will earn any money. Not a set amount, not a "typical" amount, not any amount. You may earn nothing.
We have no earnings figures yet. The program is new, so we have no data on what anyone earns.
A commission is paid only when a customer you referred makes a paid purchase. Nothing is paid for joining, signing up or recruiting.
Taking part is optional. You do not have to buy anything to take part.
If you share a Fresh House link, you must say every time that you may earn a commission.
You must not promise income, results or a lifestyle to anyone, and you must not give financial, health or legal advice when you share.
Nothing on our sites is financial, tax, legal or other professional advice.
Other businesses, including Amplify Systems customers, get results that vary. We promise none.

1. What this page is for

This page tells you, in plain words, what money you can and cannot expect from Fresh House.

In this page, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Fresh House LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. "You" means anyone who reads our publications, uses our sites or apps, or shares a Fresh House link. "Our sites" means every website, app and community space we run.

If a post, message, page or AI reply seems to promise income, ignore it. This page controls. For the full list of pages, see our legal index.

2. How the affiliate program works

Fresh House has an optional affiliate program called Infinity Links. Here is the short version. The full rules are in our Terms, and the commission rates are set out when you choose to opt in to the program.

It is optional. You can read, join and use Fresh House without ever sharing a link.
You earn only on paid customer purchases. A commission is paid only when a customer you referred makes a paid purchase and the payment goes through.
The terms are set out when you opt in. How the program pays, and what it pays, are set out when you choose to opt in. The program may not be open to everyone yet.
Nothing is paid for joining or recruiting. We pay nothing when someone signs up, creates a free account or joins the program. Bringing in other sharers earns nothing by itself. Only real paid purchases count.
No purchase is required. You do not need to buy a plan, or anything else, to take part.

Taking part does not make you our employee, partner or agent. It is not a job.

3. We have no earnings data

The program is new. We do not have reliable figures on whether sharers earn commissions, or how much. So we do not publish any figures and we make no statement about what you might earn.

If you see a number about Fresh House earnings anywhere, treat it as unreliable.

4. What we do not promise

We do not promise or suggest that:

you will earn any money at all;
there is a typical, average or expected result;
the program will replace a job or any part of your income;
it is easy, quick or passive;
you will gain any lifestyle, such as free time, travel or financial freedom;
buying a plan, or a higher plan, will help you earn more.

If anyone tells you otherwise, including a member, sharer, partner or AI assistant, they are wrong. Please tell us (see Contact us below).

5. What affects results

Your results will depend on many things, and they are different for everyone. They include:

Your effort and skill. How often you share and how clearly you explain what Fresh House is.
Your audience. Who sees what you share, how many people there are, and whether they trust you.
Whether people want the product. Many people will not want a paid plan, however well it is shared.
The market. The economy, platform rules and competing products.
Time. It can take a long time to see a purchase. Sometimes none comes.
Your costs. Your time, tools and advertising can be more than you earn.
Cancellations and failed payments. If a payment fails, there may be no commission on it.

6. Examples and testimonials

We do not currently show stories or examples about money anyone has earned through Fresh House.

If we ever share one, it will be real, and we will say how the person is connected to us. It will show one person's experience, not a promise or a sign of what you should expect. A line like "results not typical" does not fix a misleading example, so we will not publish one.

7. Other businesses and Amplify Systems customers

Some people use Fresh House or Amplify Systems tools and plans to run their own work or business. We make no promise about their results either. Results vary a great deal, and many people do not get what they hoped for. They depend on effort, skill, market, costs, timing and things nobody controls.

8. Forward-looking statements

Anything we say about plans, features, growth or the future is a hope, not a promise. Things may change, take longer or not happen. Please do not make money decisions based on it.

When you share a Fresh House link, the people who see it deserve to know you may earn from it. So you must tell them, every time, in plain words.

Where to put it. Put it up front, near the link, where nobody can miss it. Do not hide it in a pile of hashtags or only in your profile. On video, say it out loud and show it on screen. A disclosure in one post does not cover another post.

Suggested sentences. Use one of these, or something just as clear:

"I may earn a commission if you buy through my link."
"This is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you buy a plan."
"I'm a Fresh House member in its affiliate program, so I may earn if you buy through my link."

What you must not do. When you share Fresh House, you must not:

promise or hint at any income or results, or state amounts, ranges, typical results or your own earnings;
promise any lifestyle, or use wording like "passive income", "quit your job", "financial freedom" or "easy money";
show payouts, earnings screenshots or lifestyle pictures such as cars, cash or travel next to the program;
describe the program as a way to build a team or earn by recruiting;
say anything is guaranteed or risk-free;
give financial, tax, legal or health advice;
invent testimonials, buy fake reviews, spam people or use false deadlines;
say anything false or misleading about our plans, prices or cancellation.

You may say true, simple things, like "I enjoy Fresh House and I think you might too."

If you break these rules, we may ask you to fix or remove a post, pause your link, hold commissions linked to the problem, or end your place in the program. The Terms explain how.

10. No financial, tax, legal or professional advice

Nothing on our sites, in our publications, in our community spaces or from our AI assistants is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, medical or other professional advice. It is general information only. Please speak with a qualified professional before you make decisions about your money, taxes, health or business.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive, wherever you live. We may ask you for tax details before we pay you. We do not give tax advice.

12. AI-assisted content

Our publications and Quan are AI-assisted. AI can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Nothing an AI assistant says on our sites is a promise of income or a statement of what you will earn. Please check anything important before you rely on it.

13. Changes to this page
