Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Effective date: October 31, 2026

The short version

  • These terms are an agreement between you and The Fresh House LLC. They cover our publications, the Quan member app, our community spaces and our other services.
  • You must be 18 or older, and you must keep your account details true and safe.
  • Paid plans renew automatically and are charged in advance. There is no free trial.
  • You can cancel before your next charge. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give refunds, but rights the law gives you that cannot be waived still apply.
  • Be kind and follow the community rules. Do not copy, scrape or resell our content.
  • AI can be wrong. Nothing we offer is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Cosmic timing is for reflection and entertainment only.
  • The Infinity Links affiliate program is optional. It pays only on real paid customer purchases, and nothing is paid for joining or recruiting.
  • If something goes wrong, tell us first. We will try to fix it fairly.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

1.1. "We", "us" and "our" mean The Fresh House LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States. "You" means the person using our services.

1.2. "Services" means our websites, publications, the Quan member app, our community spaces, our AI features, the optional cosmic timing feature and the Infinity Links affiliate program.

1.3. By creating an account, buying a plan or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1.4. Amplify Systems plans are a separate product line. They are sold at amplifysystems.io under their own terms, and these terms do not describe them. A HighLevel account is not included in any Fresh House plan.

1.5. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your information. You can find all of our legal pages in the legal index. If you join the affiliate program, the Earnings and Income Disclaimer also applies to you.

2. Who can use the services

2.1. Age. You must be at least 18 years old. The services are not for anyone younger.

2.2. Your account. Some services need an account. Give us true, current and complete details, and keep them up to date.

2.3. One person, one account. Do not share your account, sell it or let someone else use it. Do not open extra accounts to get around a limit, a suspension or a rule.

2.4. Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, email us at support@freshhouse.tv right away.

2.5. Where you live. We run the services from the United States, and members join from around the world. It is up to you to make sure you are allowed to use the services where you live.

3. The services

3.1. Publications. Members can read and share Fresh House publications. What you can read depends on your plan.

3.2. Quan. Quan is our member app. It connects your account, our community channels and suggested next steps.

3.3. Community spaces. We run community spaces on Discord and, later, Discourse. Your plan decides which spaces you can join.

3.4. Changes. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove a main part of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance when we reasonably can.

3.5. No promised results. We make no promise that you will get any particular result from the services.

4. Plans, prices and billing

4.1. Our plans. Our current plans are:

PlanPrice
InsiderFree
Connector$11.11 per month
Creator$44.44 per month, or $444.44 per year

Prices are in US dollars.

4.2. Subscriptions renew. Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. When you buy a paid plan, you allow us and our payment processors to charge your payment method at the start of each period.

4.3. Charged in advance. Each charge pays for the period ahead.

4.4. Payment processors. Our payment processors handle your payment. We use Stripe through HighLevel order forms, and we may change processors. We do not store your full card number.

4.5. Taxes. Where the law requires, we add sales tax, VAT or similar taxes at checkout, and you will see the total before you pay.

4.6. Price changes. We may change our prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. It applies from your next billing period after that notice. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it starts.

4.7. Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may try again and ask you to update your payment details. If we still cannot collect, we may pause your paid access or move you to the free Insider plan until the payment is made.

4.8. Questions about a charge. If a charge looks wrong, please email us first at support@freshhouse.tv. We will look into it quickly.

4.9. No free trial. We do not offer free trials of paid plans.

5. Cancelling and refunds

5.1. How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account, or by emailing support@freshhouse.tv from the address on your account.

5.2. Cancel before your next charge. Your renewal date is shown in your account and on your receipt. Cancel before that date to avoid the next charge.

5.3. What cancelling does. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free Insider plan.

5.4. No refunds. We do not give refunds for a billing period that has started, including a partly used period or a renewal you did not cancel in time. If we end your paid plan without a reason under these terms, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

5.5. Your legal rights still apply. Some laws give you a right to cancel or to get a refund, and a contract cannot take that right away. Where such a right applies to you, nothing in these terms removes it.

6. Community rules and conduct

6.1. These rules apply in every Fresh House space, including Discord and, later, Discourse.

6.2. Be respectful. Treat people kindly. Disagree without insulting anyone.

6.3. Do not:

  • harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone;
  • post anything illegal, or anything you do not have the right to share;
  • spam, advertise without permission or send unwanted bulk messages;
  • share other people's private information without their permission;
  • pretend to be someone else, or misstate your connection to us;
  • share paid content outside the spaces it was made for;
  • make promises to others about money or lifestyle results;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the services.

6.4. What we may do. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. We decide what fits our community, and we try to be fair about it.

6.5. Discord and other services. Connecting Discord is optional. When you use Discord or any other outside service, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply there. We do not control those services. If you connect Discord, we receive the details described in our Privacy Policy. Your community roles follow your plan, so they may change or be removed if your plan changes, ends or is paused.

7. Your content and our content

7.1. Your content stays yours. "Your content" means anything you post, upload or share in the services. You keep ownership of it.

7.2. The permission you give us. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and share your content, only as needed to run and improve the services and to show it to the people you chose to share it with. We will not use your posts in our marketing without asking you separately. The licence ends when you delete your content or your account. The exceptions are copies other members already have, copies we must keep by law, and backups that are deleted on their normal cycle.

7.3. You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not break the law or these terms.

7.4. Our content. Our publications, software, designs, names and logos, including Fresh House, Quan and Infinity Links, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. While you are a member, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable permission to use them through the services for your own use.

7.5. What you may not do. Unless we agree in writing, do not:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk download the services or their content;
  • copy, resell, republish or license our content;
  • remove copyright or ownership notices;
  • use our names or logos in a way that suggests we back you;
  • use our content to build a competing product or to train AI models.

Sharing a publication with the share tools we provide is fine.

7.6. Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

8.1. We respect the rights of creators. If you believe something in the services copies your work without permission, send a notice to support@freshhouse.tv.

8.2. Please include:

  • your name and contact details;
  • a description of your work that was copied;
  • where the material appears in the services, with a link if you can;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner;
  • your signature, which can be typed.

8.3. We may remove or disable the material and tell the person who posted it. They may send us a reply explaining why they think the removal was a mistake. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly copy others' work.

8.4. Please do not send a false notice. Sending one on purpose can have legal consequences.

9.1. Optional. Infinity Links is optional. You do not need to join it to use the services, and you do not need to buy anything to join.

9.2. How it works. If you join, you get a personal link to put on content you share. How the program pays, and what it pays, are set out when you choose to opt in. The program may not be open to everyone yet, and we may change, pause or end it.

9.3. Only real purchases count. A commission is paid only when a customer makes a paid purchase. Nothing is paid for joining, signing up, being referred or recruiting anyone.

9.4. Rates and payouts. The commission rates, payout timing, minimums, payout method and any tax forms are set out when you choose to opt in to the program. By opting in, you accept those terms in addition to these.

9.5. Say how you are connected. Every time you share your link, clearly say that you have a connection to Fresh House and may be paid if someone buys. Put this next to the link where people will see it. Do not hide it.

9.6. Keep it honest. Do not make promises about money, results or lifestyle when you share. Do not say or suggest that anyone will be paid a particular amount. We make no promise that you will be paid anything from the program. For more, read the Earnings and Income Disclaimer.

9.7. Rules for your link. Do not spam, do not use misleading ads or fake reviews, and do not pretend to speak for us. We may remove your link, hold or reverse a commission that comes from a breach of these rules, or end your place in the program.

9.8. Not a job. Taking part does not make you our employee, partner or agent. You work for yourself and are responsible for your own taxes.

10. AI features

10.1. How Quan uses AI. Quan uses artificial intelligence to help route messages and suggest next steps. It may remember things you share inside Fresh House so it can be more helpful.

10.2. You are in control. You can see what Quan remembers about you. You can correct it and delete it. If you need help, email support@freshhouse.tv.

10.3. Discord messages. We do not read the content of your Discord messages unless you turn on a specific feature that needs it.

10.4. AI can be wrong. AI output may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Check anything important before you rely on it.

10.5. Not professional advice. Nothing in the services, including AI output, publications and cosmic timing, is medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment or safety advice. Please talk to a qualified professional for those.

10.6. Your decisions are yours. You are responsible for the choices you make using information from the services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you share.

11. Cosmic timing

11.1. Cosmic timing is an optional feature for personal reflection and entertainment.

11.2. It does not predict events. It is not advice of any kind, and you should not use it to make important decisions about your health, money, safety, relationships or the law.

11.3. It may ask for your birth date, time and place. Sharing these is your choice. We use them only to provide the feature, we do not show them publicly, and you can delete them. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

12.1. Services "as is". We work to keep the services useful and available. To the extent the law allows, we provide them "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied. That includes implied warranties of quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12.2. No promises about availability. We do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code.

12.3. No guarantee of results. We do not promise any outcome from our publications, community, AI features or any other part of the services.

12.4. Other people. We are not responsible for what other members or outside websites say or do. Links to other websites are for your convenience.

13. Limits on our liability

13.1. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of the services.

13.2. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $100.

13.3. What these limits do not cover. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

14. Indemnity

14.1. To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that we face because of a claim by someone else that comes from your content, your breach of these terms, or your breach of the law or of someone's rights. This does not apply to the extent we caused the claim.

15. Suspension and ending your account

15.1. You can leave. You can cancel your plan and close your account at any time. Section 5 explains cancellation.

15.2. When we may act. We may warn you, limit features, or suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts others, the services or us at risk.

15.3. Notice. When it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first. We may act right away for serious harm, fraud or legal reasons.

15.4. After your account ends. Your right to use the services ends. Sections 7, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 keep applying. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

16. Changes to these terms

16.1. We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

16.2. For important changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before they start, by email or in the app.

16.3. If you keep using the services after a change starts, the new terms apply to you. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

16.4. A change does not apply to a dispute that began before the change.

17. Governing law and disputes

17.1. Talk to us first. Most problems can be solved quickly. Before starting a formal claim, please email support@freshhouse.tv with a short description. We will try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.

17.2. Governing law. The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, govern these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections under the laws where you live that a contract cannot override.

17.3. Courts. If we cannot settle a dispute, either of us may bring it in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we both agree to those courts. Small claims courts where you live remain open to you.

18. General terms

18.1. Whole agreement. These terms, together with the pages they point to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the services.

18.2. If part is invalid. If a court finds part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

18.3. No waiver. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.

18.4. Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale or reorganisation, and we will tell you if that happens.

18.5. Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages at a provider, natural disasters or government action.

18.6. Notices. We may send you notices by email to the address on your account, or inside the app. You can send notices to us using the details below.

18.7. Language. If we translate these terms, the English version applies where the two differ.
