  • Creator content you submit, including articles, drafts, transcripts, images, links, style notes, and publishing preferences.
  • Usage information such as pages viewed, links clicked, referral codes, Infinity Link attribution, device data, and basic analytics.
  • Connected-app data when you authorize an integration, such as selected Pinterest boards, pins, or account metadata used for visual style discovery.
  • Payment and subscription status from payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on Fresh House servers.

How We Use Information

  • To operate Fresh House Network, Fresh House Channels, membership pages, creator publishing tools, and community experiences.
  • To preserve creator voice, manage drafts, generate style briefs, support AI-assisted image workflows, and publish approved content.
  • To track referrals, commissions, attribution, and Infinity Link activity.
  • To improve the platform, troubleshoot issues, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and understand what content and offers are working.
  • To communicate with you about your account, membership, submissions, events, offers, and support requests.

AI-Assisted Publishing

  • Fresh House uses AI tools to help draft, edit, summarize, design, and generate creative assets. Human review is required before public publishing when content represents a member, partner, or official Fresh House channel.
  • When you provide distinctive phrases, stories, or teachings, our goal is to preserve your source language and avoid turning your words into generic AI output.
  • Visual references from services such as Pinterest are used for high-level inspiration like palette, texture, composition, and mood. We do not use references as permission to copy protected artwork.

Sharing

  • We may share information with service providers that help us run hosting, analytics, CRM, payments, email, automation, AI tools, storage, and publishing systems.
  • We may share public content that you approve for publishing on Fresh House properties or partner channels.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud or platform abuse.
  • We do not sell your personal information as a standalone data product.

Connected Apps

  • If you connect a third-party account, we request only the access needed for the feature you are using.
  • For Pinterest style discovery, we may read selected boards, pins, images, titles, descriptions, and related metadata so you can choose visual directions for Fresh House articles and creative assets.
  • You can disconnect third-party access through the third-party platform or by contacting us for help removing stored connection data.

Storage And Security

  • We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, secret management, and row-level permissions where supported by our databases.
  • No internet service is perfectly secure. Please use strong passwords, protect your devices, and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your Choices

  • You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to legal, security, and accounting obligations.
  • You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link when available.
  • You may request deletion of connected-app data or revoke app access through the connected platform.

Children

  • Fresh House is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

  • We may update this policy as the platform changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
